Upon logging into Response by Doro, users can remotely assist seniors with their Doro smartphones and configure the senior’s network of support, known as Responders.

• Group of Responders

Any individual with a Response by Doro account can join the senior's group either by requesting access or receiving an invitation from the senior or an existing member. Those who have installed the Responders app and are part of a senior's group will receive immediate notifications if the senior activates the assistance button on their Doro phone.
